Yeah the faster you shift the faster they wear. The wot box should slow the wear. Hate to see how fast when not using the box lol.

I literally can't shift without grinding at the track without the wotbox... once it's off EVERY GEAR grinds on the high rpm upshifts... big fuck you to ford on the tr3650.

How does that not damage the exducer of the turbo?

It's more damaging to the thrust bearing in the turbo from pressure spikes in the AR housing. The turbines are designed to take some heat. Probably see other things burn up first

So wouldn't this basically make the turbocharger(s) a wear item? I know turbo rally cars that use anti-lag between shifts replace their turbochargers VERY often.

It can make them a wear item. Depends on the quality turbo also. Cheap turbo thrust bearings are made of butter. BB will last longer here. But depends on how hard the antilag hits also. The first video was pretty hard. The second I posted really wasn't bad
