But it is not without issues. The tires I have are Michelin Super Sports, 295 rears and 275 fronts. The rears rub like CRAZY! Now, I don't have my rear panhard bar centered but it looks like it wouldn't help much. Luckily I have Koni yellow adjustable shocks so with them set on the firmest setting its not too bad, just a rough ride.

I don't get why these don't fit like they should. I copied the sizes, back spacing, etc. off of a 05-09 GT500 and they all say they don't rub (even with 305 tires in the rear!!!!) but mine do. Are the GT500 rear ends different than regular GTs?

Regardless, they look amazing even though I may have to roll the fenders

Those are 20"s? GT500s of 07-09 came with 18"s

What's the size and offset of the rears?

Wheels look great!

As far as the rears not fitting... IIRC Michelin has two different spec'ed 295 sizes. One of them wider than the other and has been found to cause rubbing/fitment issues. I've seen a similar case over on fordgt500.com.

Edit: Found the info on tire rack... (This is assuming that you got the 295/35 tire)

295/35/20 (101Y) SL K1 Ferrari, Thread Width: 11.6"
295/35/20 (105Y) XL K1 Ferrari, Thread Width: 12"

They both have a 28.1" diameter.

Well....shit. Now I guess its too late. Sure would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I have to have the 12" ones. I do have the 295 rears. Anyone want to buy some Michelins? LOL!!!

He's also running coilovers and not sportlines. That might be part of the issue for you.

Damn it...that has to be it. I took out my rear Sportlines and had to re install my rear K Springs I still had in the garage, good thing I'm a parts pack rat!

So you're running K's with this setup?

BTW, it looks the mutt's nuts!

K-springs in the rear, Sportlines in the front. I have no idea if this a good idea or if it is even safe, LOL! Probably not...LMAO!

Oh man... that should be close. They look tight.... you have me worried. LOL I have not released my new setup yet, but... yikes.

Yeah, if you choose these tires make sure you get the correct ones. If you're tight for space I think Nittos run a bit thinner than these.

EEEEhhhhhhhh......miiiight be too late for that bro. LOL
