Well, seems that my only option is to just get a set of 285s and put these 295s up for sale....not even 10 miles on these tires and I have to dump another $700+ on a set of rears. Buying car parts is supposed to be fun....this entire process sucks ass.

You mentioned not centering your panhard bar yet, do that first. The slightest adjustment makes the difference. Mine don't rub, but it's incredibly close. My rear tires are 305/35/20 MT's. But I've run the same size tire in a Nitto, and a Goodyear, all without rubbing. These MT's are the widest of the 3 I've run. I think the 295's you have are just WIDE. Do they rub on both sides? Or just the drivers side?

And they look great by the way!

Here are the Goodyears:

Thanks, I need to adjust that panhard bar, just have to figure out how, LOL! I just broke down and bought a set of 285's and just going to put these 295's up for sale, not even 10 miles on these and I have to replace them...sucks ass. I'm just praying that this will work! But other than choosing the incorrect size, these tires are great! Got stuck in rain, a good one at that, and you'd never know.

Good info...

I have the same wheels and tires on my 10' GT500 with L springs I got from 19COBRA93 with no rubbing issues.

Looks like I need to think twice about going lower.

I've been down that road before as well, with having to get new tires because of size issues. It does suck very muchly....I will never experiment with tire set ups again. I'll only go with something I know 100% will work with my car.

But on the bright side, the car looks awesome!
