I used tufshine on my tires way back before my mustang. From what I remember it is pretty good stuff, probably better than the Ultima I'm using. I'd definitely prep before the Sonax as well. How is UK at holding dust off? Literally one of my biggest pet peeves is to come out after work to my freshly waxed car, see the dust on my car, attempt to blow it off with a spirited drive, only for it to stubbornly remain there.

I guess my only concern would be that my FK 425 would mask properties of the SPNS. I still have about 1/2 gallon of the stuff and don't want to waste it. The BSD from what I understand is a quick detailed but also boosts the properties of SPNS correct?

I doubt FK425 will mask the properties, SPNS has a rubbery feel to it, actually repels dust quite well. BSD is some thick stuff, its not something I would apply even with light dust - really just personal preference cuz of my OCD with black paint lol. As for UK, it helps a lot but then again my stang is black, so no what what I do, I attract dust. The recommended combo is UK/Reload...

You ll be pleased with SPNS. It repels dust pretty well as 28ONE said. It ll actually deepen the color of your car to

Can't go wrong with Sonax! UK on my wheels...dunno about the GT stuff

Yeah I wished I had taken the advantage of buying a house when I was in the Army. When I was at Ft Hood, Killeen and Copperas Cove were dumps, but if you went outside town a little bit you could get some really nice houses and properties for a fraction of what they would go for here in MD.

I had a client make the same/similar comment when I was using CG stuff way back when and those complaints went away when I switched to CarPro Reload. SPNS is awesome, but I go through it too fast for it to be effective for me and it's not available in bulk sizes. I'm obviously going to be biased to C'Quartz UK just because maintenance is SOOO easy but overall, everyone who has gotten UK or Finest has been nothing but completely satisfied with it. I would also use something like Ultima Waterless Wash for QD, it's cheap and crazy effective.

You are obviously very particularly so something like Black Pearl tire dressing, it lasts longer and looks great. It requires a lot more prep but also means less maintenance. PERL does great for a light dressing at various dilution ratios, even for leather. Surprisingly, use Ultima interior gel to clean your tires, it's amazing and you'll be impressed

1L of PERL will last quite a long time if just for the interior. Yeah Id toss the tufshine...

I'll use it on the tires as well, my UTTG is almost gone and I want to see how it holds up vs my standard CG G5 Hypercoat on the outside and CG VRP on the interior.

vrp works good on tires. Just make sure you scrub down the tires good first and don't be afraid to use a lot of it.

I experimented with a bunch of stuff on tires and found something really badass. lay down VRP and then top with regular aerosol armor all. The shit looks like black liquid glass and it lasts for a while. The problem is it doesn't always set perfectly and I have not figured out why. And if it doesn't set the only thing you can do is wipe all the tires down with a sponge so at least the shine is even and all the tires match. Time is the only thing that cleans it off without making a mess.

Not setting probably has something to do with what the rubber has absorbed before doing the process. But the project is on the back burner for now cause I got a lot of shit on my plate.
