Im with you. I like that Avalanche Gray as well. Im not a red fan on a mustang, just because its too cliche, but honestly after seeing the one pictured earlier in the thread I just cant think of a better color honestly ( Other than white with blue stripes for nostalgia purposes).

Out of all the color options available on the 350, I think I'm torn between Avalanche Gray and Comp O. I usually hate anykind of grays, but I'm in love with Avalanche. Hopefully there will be one at the AM show so I can actually see it in person.

I got to spend some time driving around in a Comp Orange one last week. It really didn't do it for me. The Orange doesn't work real well IMO on that car.

Heck its still a cool car. To me its a big deal just because im young and I just have an overwhelming desire to have something like that. Finally a mustang that its purpose is to take corners for real ( I do understand that we have the Boss 302). I wish I had the money to get a 350r just to see if I could find a way to tag it in MS. We have such loose laws on emissions and such that im almost convinced that I could tag one if I got the right idiot at the courthouse to do the paperwork.

I guess I'm just getting old. I was a lot like you at your age. I can't justify getting things just because they are "cool" anymore. Not when I can get stuff that is functional and cool. Emphasis on functional.

The R is street legal. No hoops to jump through.

They would have to do it to the Porsche and Nissan as well. Watching the past couple of races, the Camaro's are behind almost everyone in their class.
