I bought a deck lid panel off eBay a while back, I didn’t really get a great deal (thought I was at the time) and should probably have just bought a new by the time it’s all said and done (still might) there is a chip which the emblem covers up mostly. Curious if anyone knows of something to use to “fill” the chip I don’t know anything about paint and body, I may just need to strip the paint completely off, and get it repainted, I’ve sanded and sanded and the spot has gotten better, any ideas?48BA00C0-F196-4A0C-8522-2B44692646A5.jpeg2328A921-31F4-4E53-A50D-68DADC3B2016.jpeg 48BA00C0-F196-4A0C-8522-2B44692646A5.jpeg 1BDE4200-90F3-45A3-8C45-BE76200903CF.jpeg

I assume you are referring to the one in the middle? It looks like there are three things there. They all look like they might be holes. It's hard to tell

Those are the mounting holes for the pony emblem, I am referring to the big more gray spot

That looks like it's down to metal. You'll be sanding the paint off in order to smooth it out. You can try filling it with touch up paint. But really it looks like you'll need to sand and repaint to do it right.

From what I can see without the emblem there, I would say touch up paint and a tiny bit of 2000 grit should have more than cover it.

Just my opinion.
