Yes.

Just make sure your cable box has a HDMI output and your TV has an HDMI input. If you don't have sound after connecting the cable, go into your setting on the cable box and select HDMI.

Did you already hook up your HDMI? I was at a convention and saw this wall plate for an HDMI connection. You might be able to use something like this?

I still haven't ran the cables through the wall yet due to some unseen circumstances, but I do have them hooked up. You know, I was looking around for something like that, and am still debating on how I'm going to do the whole HDMI thing. I'm waiting out until this weekend to see what kind of deals there are on the internet, and stores. Thanks again.
