6060 installed!!! first impressions

I don't mind my 3.55s but if I swapped to a TR6060, I'd want something comparable, 4.10s be good?

yes, 4.10 in 6060 feel like 355s, 4.56's in 6060 feel the same as 4.10's w/ 3650. you will be able to go 50mph in 1st gear w/ 4.10's and 28" tires.


Tall first gear great for building boost, then close shifts... should be fun

I was hoping someone might prove me wrong lol. I have the 4.10's in right now and i am getting ready to install a Saleen as soon as i can get the list of missing parts together and give it to Mustard. It's my daily driver, so i want to make it streetable with tires and suspension. Do you have 4.10's and the 3650?

No, I have an auto trans with 4.10s (and a KB 2.8blower); but even with the torque multiplication, traction is not an issue with a good set of DRs. I'm partial to the M&Hs.

With my 3650 and 4.10s gears I hooked dead hard. I would easily cut 1.6's on 18s lol. I miss the feel of that set up, but hands down the 6060 and the 410's is super smooth and really really enjoyable. I was extrememly irritated after 4 years of that 3650 and 4.10's Im thinking when I put the built motor in, im going to leave the 4.10s and turn it up to 600-650 on pump gas. Im willing to beat it will be a INSAIN. The way its gonna pull through the gears at that power level is alreaddy giving me chills!!!

Is there any difference between the clutch for the 6060 to the 3650? I know that for the 6060 it is a 26 spline clutch, other then that are they identical?

Damn well i think i will be giving the 4.10's a shot with the saleen . I plan on getting some big n littles for the track and some other dr for normal street. I cant wait to launch the twin screw + 4.10s + tires =
