A local idiot I went to H.S. with has a 93 camaro He just got done having some motor work done to it. LT4 hotcam, heads redone, new lifters, and bored .30 over. He also says he will be putting 3.73 gears in it soon. He has been on my ass to race since before his car had even went to get the motor work. My car has c&l street with racer inlet, bbr 91 tune, and is a 5speed. his is auto. I also have some delete plates I will be installing pretty soon. You think he will pull on me pretty hard? I get nervous about this kinda stuff.

Thats what I was affraid off. I guess I need to throw on a couple discreet mods. Like maybe 4.10s and udps. And some lcas. He still thinks I just have a cai that requires not tune. I told him it didnt really add any power. He couldnt believe how hard I pulled him by multiple car links in his lt1 firebird--lol. I want him to think a stock gt kicked his ass. What all mods am I gonna need to pull this off? Im not really sure what kinda power the camaro should make.

Ran a 12.007@114. Shes only pushing 440 now with 12*timing on 91.

Im putting in a powerhouse d/s, hot rod cams, bmr radiator support bar, and UCA and 4.10s this weekend so itll be a different story on the 1st lol

Make you a hell of a deal on a pair of turbos mounted down low so they can't be seen.

I only wish I could afford turbos, or even had enough of a mechanical understanding to deserve to have them--lol.

As for NOS. How much does a kit run? I don't want to blow my engine up anytime soon. This car is, and will be, my daily driver for a while. Do you think Id be able to beat him with my delete plates installed, udp, o/r midpipe, and 4.10s? These are the next few mods I plan to purchase, and this may get my ass in gear to buy them.

i doubt that will get you in front of him.
The 4.10's do wonders... but not that much.

With a Good tune, a 75 shot of NOS should do you fine.
With a tune, expect $1k for a wet NOS kit.
