This thread is not that old..
anyway, just got done installing mine:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-G2995/?rtype=10
Install wasn't too bad. There is a setup phase that you do without the sensor connected and one with the sensor connected but out in fresh air. These test will have the led blink a certain way. When I did it everything was perfect. When I went for my test drive the led stays on(dont know if its suppose to do that. The numbers will move between. 18.0-23.0 which I think is fine.. but when I get on it (even with a crappy tune) it seems to hit 20 or 19?
1) can my A/F really be that?
2) I have a bung that was welded in, but there was no way in hell I could get it open. Since I have the stock H-pipe with cats gone I just installed it in the driver side O2 location. Can that be an issue?
3) Can it still be a wiring issue even though it passed the calibration tests? in the link should be a pdf.
looks like:
2 wires from controller and gauge= 12v switch
Led and push button goes to ground and other sides connected to black wire of controller
Yellow not connected on controller ( no clue as to what its for, just says option).
there is a wire that connects the gauge to controller
And last is 5 wires connected to same ground(which is connected to the engine block ground. (white/blue(purple with is the dimmer so it will stay bright)
