well nice improvement...too bad i can never have one, i love the way they look!

Verrrry nice improvement IMO. Imagine the gains some of the FI or nitrous people will gain from this. I wouldn't be surprised in people with turbos or centri's getting 50 wheel from the intake alone

Do you think it is worth the price tag?

Yes. Especially since IMRC delete Plates are now damn near $300 themselves. For an extra $240 you can have an extra 20 horsepower. That's just a bolt on N/A car. Imagine heads and cams or better yet... Forced induction.

That is exactly what I was thinking... HR cams, LTs and the FRPP Intake, all to make way for a blower next year

Plus it looks soooo much better. Just think what people pay to replace the valve covers with colored ones.

does the ford racing manifold need a tune. and if so, will u be providing ones for customers even with other mods? I may be very interested now seeing the gains.

Yeah I put on the FRPP chrome valve covers and I'm sure you know how stupid expensive those are. But, I loves me some chrome engine so oh well.

Now if I could only get a chrome FRPP intake.... ;)

Anyway, judging by this then I should see pretty good gains since I have perf wise is: Steeda CAI, Kooks LT w/ cat H, Boomtubes and FRPP cams.

Do you think this will benefit a FI car making about 20 psi. and revving to 7000 rpm? I still am torn between this intake and the JPC intake. I noticed from some other cars that the JPC intake gets heat soaked pretty bad and this one shouldn't do that since it is the plastic like the stock.

I can't say I'm really impressed. The car should of put down 300 without the intake. What was done to the tune ?
