Ok, a couple of years back I swapped rims and tires from my stock set to this set of 18" with nitto's. I finally have a new set of TPMS, and I just got them synced to the car and now I need to get them in a pressurized tube.
I figured I would go to lowes and get some PVC piping and the appropriate glue and keep the sensors in there. I would tape the sensors to a stick so they wouldn't move around in the tube. My problem now is how to pressurize the tube. I have an extra 2 tire valve stems, but I don't see how I could get this to work. Would a bike tire valve stem work better?
Anyone else have a better idea? I don't want to put them on the rims them selves since I don't have the bands.
