OK, I have a friend that’s running into problems with his car, fuses are blowing and car goes dead. He thought it was the alt and replaced it and no fix, throttle body and electronics replace and no fix. So I thought I would look at the charge motion plates, they are stock, not delete plates. My question is are they supposed to move consistent when the throttle is depressed or are they supposed to start moving at a certain point that the throttle is depressed? Kinda like a holly double pumper…

His is not moving until about 3k rpm then it opens all the way.

Thanks for any help.

Just unplug them, it's in the back next to the motor, It might throw a code but it won't blow any fuses. But don't rev it much and don't drive it, but it's a test to see what's blowing fuses. When I still had mine it they would move with the engine speed, Just not all at once at a certain rpm.
