Charge motion plate question

I'm looking at SC systems and I want to know if a roots style is used does this eliminate the charge motion plates ? Hope this isn't a real dumb question but I'm still trying to learn this 4.6 3v motor

Yes the intake manifold that comes with the PD blowers eliminates the charge motion plates.
