    What are your boosted IAT

I run my Roush 2.3 SC at two different boost levels, 10 & 15 psi. The extra 5 pounds change IATs but it is not drastic. I race in the evening and into the night and that is really when I monitor the temps. On hot nights (85 degrees or so), I see temps that are around the 130 mark. To be clear...

    Blower spacer plates

Is there any update on these such as a review on how well they are working or worth the effort (that sort of thing)? What o-rings and bolts do they use? How do they differ from this https://fiinterchillers.com/product/ford-3v-4-6-5-4l-2005-2010-blower-spacer-plates/ ? Thank you.

Drag racing experience - 15 or 17 inch rear wheels?

You're beating yourself up for the wrong reasons again! You don't shallow stage a 12.5 second car on a pro tree. You deep stage to reduce your reaction time. You may have a harder time hitting the 12.50 index based on those time tickets. I'm glad you are trying different events. I hope you are...

Drag racing experience - 15 or 17 inch rear wheels?

Maybe but bracket racing a stick car is very hard and adds a significant level difficulty. Your short times are inconsistent. Unless you are trying to slip the clutch, that probably isn't you. If your intervals are consistent, your shifting is consistent. I bet it is still fun. On a side note...

Drag racing experience - 15 or 17 inch rear wheels?

I'm glad to see that you are racing. Test and tune is fun but at some point, you have to prove it. Well done. DA change is part of racing. There are a few ways to monitor it. I use https://airdensityonline.com/tracks/ . If the weather at your track changes rapidly, you will find that good...

Drag racing experience - 15 or 17 inch rear wheels?

The car seems to be doing its job. If you could improve your reaction time (or keep your RT close to the first pass), I bet you would do well. I am guessing you are shallow staging?

Drag racing experience - 15 or 17 inch rear wheels?

Yes. The shank style lug nut spreads the load over the more of the wheel stud.

So when are you are going to stop test and tune and start racing? Shank style lug nuts are a pain but when you start getting into 1.5 60' times on a 4000 pound car, they start to matter.

Are you using the new version of the HT0? Have the new versions given you any trouble?

Nice looking car. 12's are certainly in the cards for both of your cars with the right weather and traction. I prefer M?T over Nittos. I have 17x7 Racestars on the front of my car with 215/65/17 radials. Occasionally I use a different front tire but the driving characteristics are the same.

Drag racing experience - 15 or 17 inch rear wheels?

Did you end up buying the car? For what it is worth at this point in the conversation: Track prep is going to be your deciding on any tire you decide to run. When my car was a stick, it would not hook up on radials unless I ran a very prepped track. Bias ply tires were much better. I have driven...

    HT0 plug replacement

I saw these on American Muscle's website. What an odd way to advertise a spark plug. So 3VR14S is one range colder than stock? Thanks everyone.
