    I think this may work, I just need to prevent the ecu from throwing a code and it'll only be used for smog, after that i'll just take it off. Would I need to put my stock airbox back on, or would my jlt 110mm intake be fine with the stock tune? I just can't throw any codes and i'll pass.

    Kooks makes a long tube header with a catted "green" h pipe that doesn't throw codes with the stock tune, however thats way out of my price range. As stated above visual inspection isn't the problem, it's just not getting the codes to pop up on the monitor.

    Thanks for the help guys, ended up sticking with the OEM plugs/OEM Tranmission Fluid. Just went to amsoil today and picked up the 5w-20 oil/oil filter along with the rear diff fluid.     I have an offroad x pipe & borla stingers, with the jlt 110mm intake and 91 octane bama race flash and it redlines at 6,500 but I have seen that needle dump all the way down to 6,800 off the rev limiter..
