Ok so OP is looking for the older style not the 10-14 I suppose. I thought he had found a set of older scoops and was asking if they'd fit 10-14. That's why I linked the 13-14 CS scoops.
I think they are different. Look for 13-14 California Special side scoops. They should fit.

Nice! I just got done doing a Vortech V3 setup on my 2014 GT/CS. Go to fordshowparts . com and get your certificate of authenticity if you don't have on already. Cool to know all the numbers and such!
Keep an eye on Facebook groups. There's usually always someone doing a part out. You could probably snag the entire assembly for pretty cheap. Possibly get one from a premium which would be an appearance upgrade and give you a leather handle with chrome button instead of the plastic.

Great write up! I work on fire engines and I can tell you that ground issues are some of the worst to trace. Unless you know where every ground is, and even then it can be very difficult. Glad you got it sorted!
