Been awhile since I checked this. So if I turn down the fuel pressure at the rail would this solve my problem? Could it be that easy? Thought I needed to remain return style so the emissions sensors won’t throw codes. What needs changed to run return-less?

So how do I fix it? There has to be a way to get this thing to stop throwing fuel door warnings and having venting issues or building pressure. Need some direction to get this fixed.

Reviving again. Been tracking my gen 1 swapped 05. Car has been amazing aside from fuel venting issues. I have the return style aftermarket setup. Not sure if it’s pbh or just similar. Anyhow, the tank builds pressure and then I get a starvation issue about 15-20 min in when I’m recalling...

Got adjustable sway bars and rear lower control arms installed. Nice and tight in the corners. Also put in a volante steering wheel wich I’m really liking. Plus my cruise control doesn’t work due to the coyote swap so the buttons on the wheel where pointless.

Got it figured out. Had the signal wire mixed up. It’s working now and was able to use the dakota box to dial in the speed. All systems work aside from traction control.

My tach and temp gauges do work. It’s gen 1, I just hijacked an old thread for a gen 2 cause it seemed like there was a lot of people on the speedo topic.

So where would the Dakota box be wired if that’s the case? Going into the pcm? Everyone seems to make this sound so easy but no one seems to have a step by step. Is there a write up anywhere? What actual wires need to be connected to what? I’d like to get this working as many seem to have done...
