    Battery charged and cranks slow? Fix that first, it should never crank slow. May still have other issues, but slow crank is your priority.

    While I have not pulled heads on a 4.0, I do know the engine will need to be pulled for the one side with the cam sprocket in the rear of the block. How did the head gaskets get blown?

    Good Fuel return system for boosted 05 Mustang GT

    Most ppl recommend way too much fuel pump to be safe and not fuel starve the engine. Add a return system to too much fuel pump, and you will be raising fuel temp in the tank as the extra fuel makes its way back to the tank.

    That is too damaged for me to be putting just cams in. If you decide to fix it, would do a stock cam, and see if the engine is OK. Possibly a used stock cam someone who swapped cams has lying around. That much metal shavings in the oil could really mess up the cam sensor readings.
