Out of control spam

These spam posts first thing in the morning are ridiculous. I've been reporting them for the last few days.
This morning there are over 60 spam posts.

Not even going to try...

Dave will clean it up as soon as he gets online. He has always been great about keeping this place clean but he is only one man. The rest of the Admins bailed on this place 10 years ago.

You don't need to report all of them, just one for each screen name and make a note there are multiples. He gets an email every time you report a spam post.

If you want to clean up what you see on your device, just 'ignore' the spammer and all his posts disappear.

This spam tactic is new to me, I'm super moderator for the Ford Transit USA forum and haven't seen multiple posts like this from a new user each day. Very annoying, but I did download some great coupon codes, lol

After noticing all the spam, I looked over the staff, and as mentioned, only one staff member is active. I feel for him. It appears even one of the founding members has bailed on policing the forum. Very sad!!!!!!!!!! This is not good long-term.
I was once a Super Moderator on another hobby forum, and India spam was crazy, every day, but we had enough help that it wasn't an issue. We would block IP addresses that handled a lot of it.

Need to tighten up new user registrations. You know, that anoying "are you human" verification. lol
All spammers/scammers need to DIE NOW.
Ever try to sell something? The first half dozen responders always turn out to be identity theft attempts. One "buyer" tried to get my google account by saying "he needed to verify me". Really, ppl are that stupid and fall for this kind of crap?

Ps, I dont use google, and have no payments associated w/G. No g wallet, nada.
