Could it be the throwout bearing that's rattling?

I'm going to do a full diagnostic tomorrow but is it possible to test if it's the AC clutch by simply turning off the AC and putting the car under the same conditions as when it makes the noise?

It's possible I'm hearing a heat shield or busted exhaust. I'm changing spark plugs and boots tomorrow morning and then taking it to the exhaust shop I'll update on what I find out.

I highly doubt that, it's not a constant noise when driving, won't even do it when it's colder outside and the car is cold. Besides my car is low enough someone could get their hands that far under.

The noise could also be described as a rattling noise if that helps. Another forum I read says it could be bad COP. I was actually planning on replacings the coils and plugs this week because I've been having a misfire problem too. Could this be a cause?
