My first exhaust set up was a off-road x pipe w/ SLP Loudmouths. It was just STUPID loud. I only had that set up on for a couple days. Hated it. I bought a SSS (stainless steel systems) axle back (round style mufflers) and made things much better. Its decently quite during cruise, but loud...
I went with a 28" skinny since I got them for stupid cheap. I've ran 28's radial skinnies in a 17" wheel and seem to work out fine. I was on them them when I ran my pb. This time I'll be running a 28" bias ply on a 15" wheel. We'll see how it goes.
I'm running 26" bias ply et streets with 4.10s. I'm happy with the set up, just need to play with the psi with these bias ply since its my first time with them. Still I'm able to pull low 1.7 60fts with 4k launches.
Congrats, man!
With some big and littles and a converter should by in the 7s for sure! My best is a 7.95 with pretty much same power adders as you, except I'm still on stock cams.
Keep up the good work! Glad to see another Windveil ripping the track! :)
