Yeah from what I've seen on youtube the on3 kit is a pain to get installed sometimes, and while the cx racing kit will def have some clearance concerns, some exhaust wrap and some reworking should help.
From what I've been told by my friends that have a lot more experience with turbo kits. The cx racing kit coming with the parts for the relocation is really great. With the on3 kit, you are able to order a lot more items straight from the same site and can keep the cost down if you are going...
Really? I've never had problems with AM thankfully. I'll make sure to double-check and maybe shop around on a different site for my parts if I can find them similarly priced.
The kit will be at my door hopefully within a month. Then I plan to install the kit sometime in the early summer. keep you guys posted and I'll answer the questions I ca and hopefully have the questions I have answered as well.
So I pulled the trigger. Bought the cx racing kit. considering the extra parts that come with it and the slightly better build quality it was worth it to me. along with the complete/ full kit from cx racing here is the list of things I have come up with that will be needing to be ordered.
Ford...
Also gonna be starting a new thread as this one was more based on which way to go and want to keep things organized. it'll be under "cx racing kit 2007 mustang gt"

Sorry I skipped over the budget part of your message JC SSP, is as cheap as I can go without cutting stupid corners. under 4k is the number but the closer to 3 I get the happier of a man I am.
not too sure how to pm on this forum, but I would love know how to turbo kit is doing on the mustang. thinking about getting one for myself and would love to see how its going for you.
I have pictures of the car I’ll upload later today to give you an idea. I’ve raced him before and before he got his intercooler as long as I had the jump I could normally stay infront of him. I’ll post pics of his car as well later on.
That’s good to know.
I’ve been talking with a close friend of mine that has a turbo z31 300zx that he built in his garage with no kit and he is thinking to either go with the cx racing kit, or order some turbo headers and get the rest of the parts including turbo separate and made it all work...
Thankfully no new pulley on his s4, just the tune. I think the 275’s will hold up decently on a prepped surface with a slightly lower rpm launch. Sense I won’t have 2 step or launch control I won’t really be building any boost until after I’m actually on the throttle.
plus as long as I can...
How is that pro charger treated you? I’ve found a few used models that would need an extra 1k for the extra parts but would most likely be an easiest install I think. Just trying to see how well it did for the daily driving aspect, sense this car is my daily and originally why I wanted to go...
Thank you Andrey. Currently I have bmr real lower and upper control arms done with poly bushings, and 275’s in the rear. Stage 1 exedy clutch and a lightened steel flywheel. Should have no problem hooking up with boost because I can’t seem to loose traction unless it’s wet now. Only aiming for...
