+1000, I was very surprised when LT headers went on and ORH, it COMPLETELY changed the FR500 mufflers, not just more of the same, but entirely different sound. I still don't get much drone, but Geeeezzzuuussss are they loud now. They trumpet now too and never did that with stock manifolds and cats.

Is it still on the original fuel pump? The 05-06 cars had a TSB on them. My 06 had the issue the TSB called out. I just put a new pump in mine to resolve it. What you're describing isn't what the TSB described, but anything that isn't right with the fuel pump isn't good.

I don't, but he was right. It was more smell than anything, I mean there is no black smoke (real rich) or anything. I get clean plug readings and even my fuel economy (if you can say that about a modded Mustang) isn't much off of stock.

Yeah I told Lito I think the tune was way rich because the smell was like it was drowning in fuel. He said no that was pretty normal without cats. I don't waste any time getting my car out of the garage when I start it.

I completely agree with this, my daughter had a new Beetle and the car lost one output on the coil pack. Apparently the injector still fired even though there was a dead miss. She drove it home a few miles and it took out the converter. Sounded like it was half full of rocks.
