Which part exactly did it fail in the inspection? The o2 sensors? If you have a tune currently I would make sure your rear o2 aren’t shut off. A lot of tuners do that and in the strict states like you in NJ and me in MA it will fail cause of it

I don’t know how Texas does it but as long as they don’t do a visual test by looking under the car to make sure the cats are still there then a revised tune is all you need

I used to have the same issue in MA. Turns out my o2 sensors were off in the tune and I would bet money that’s the issue your having. If you have a 93 octane tune from bama they shut it off by default unless you specify to leave them turned on. Should be easy to figure out, gluck

Built block with whipple making 16 pounds of boost upping it to 20 in the spring. Have not redynoed yet, put the car away for the winter.

From when I had an extra set of resonators taken out, exhaust shop didn’t do a very good job. The xpipe had a leak at the clamp on that side so they welded that one side.
