So traction seems to be the issue on my 06 auto with bolt ons and a bit of nitrous.
Currently my suspension is stock besides upper and lower rear control arms and a set of 275/45 r17 m/t et streets.
I'm looking at getting strange adjustables for the front and back
And I'm undecided on springs. Cobra jet? Eibach?
It's primarily a street car. But I do drag race it alot. And don't mind taking corners slow.

BMR-SP009 Springs
STR-S6009 Struts
STR-S6008 Shocks
FRPP M18183C GT500 Mounts

Run the front 3/4 loose. Run the rears 3/4 to full stiff.

Position the LCA 3"~ down, from the OEM position. (Middle Hole of BMR Brackets)

That should get you going.

1.5 front 2.0 rear ...actually they are progressive rate springs...gives the car a nice smooth ride and transfers well. The springs are one of my favorite mods

Not to bad. Might cause me problems with my 4" driveshaft however...

Also why the 2011 gt500 strut mounts?

I have the same problem. 05 GT with a kenne bell, 4.10, automatic. No first gear and rarely do I hook in second. I am putting M&H Racemasters on but would also like to put a spring on that will lower the car but I don't want to have any negative effect at all on traction. So the BMR-SP009's will help us? I drive my car maybe 3000 miles a year.

There is a legend lime gt here that has his car hooking really well. I think his setup is cobra jet springs, adjustable shocks and struts, control arms with adjustable upper, and 17" et streets.
