Are you thinking of the rocker? The lifter itself I can pull up part way but then it hits the cam lobe. I'm doing this by feel since it's one of the lifters on the exhaust manifold side of the cam so I can't see it. Hope I made sense. Thanks!

Had a 2010 Challenger before my Mustang, it was only a V6 so other than that problem it was a trouble free car that I racked up almost 200k on in 4 years. Only changed tires, a timing belt and oil on it. Kinda miss it :(
