    Important note on header install!

I've done that before and it works great. It's best to use a barrel connecter then crimp and solder it with shrink tube. This is what comes with most all ford pig tails.

    My Amazon tune

He hasn't yet. The tune he has is real close to what we have in our car. If Joe does some more mods I have have him log it. He should be good for now. He gave me some good feedback and we my try some new stuff in the future.

    705 HP @ 7500 rpms

I was kinda afraid of that. We'll check your tranny out and get your clutch in and break it in before I get down there. That kind of power I guess every weak link will start showing.

    Important note on header install!

I used it to hold the gasket in place since we used header bolts and not the studs.

2011 GT Procharger Stage II + Boss intake = 665 HP

Thanks Mike it was great working with you. When we come down we can dial it in and maybe get some more torque out of it. It has to be a blast to drive now.

    Important note on header install!

On our car I used the studs with the stainless works headers. AR said to use the bolts supplied with the kit. On your MLS gasket you can use a little Ultra copper. That stuff is the bomb.

    Important note on header install!

Yes sir, the ones that bolt the header to the heads. Just remove one stud to check the threads.

    Important note on header install!

We just finished up another American Racing 2011 GT header install this week and found out something pretty interesting. The early 2011 gt's had coarse thread header bolds and the later ones had a fine thread header bolt. They are both 10mm so be carefull and find out which thread is on your car...

Modifications to JLT for Nitrous Outlet kit

We had to modify our JLT intake to make it fit the Nitrous Outlet system. As you can see in the first photo the tubes go right into the solenoids. We moved the tubes for the PCV and auto about 5 inches towards the filter. I ordered some better plugs to replace the ones I used. After we moved...

    2011 5.0 traction control issue/question

OP ask if it can be disabled in the tune. The answer is yes. If you just put a "0" in the traction control switch like most tuners have in the past on older cars you will get all the lights. Yes it does the same with a automatic. There are other ways to accomplish this with these scalers in the...

    2011 5.0 traction control issue/question

Yes Dusty it can be deleted in the tune. I have it off all the time now on our car because of the way I have it shifting. Give me a call or stop on by the shop sometime. Rick

    2011 5.0 traction control issue/question

You have to do a few things in the tune and dynoing is not a problem. I really noticed it more on the auto's then the sticks on our mustang dyno when you lock a gear and lock the converter. Rick

New MBRP Exhaust - moved 2011

Here is a quick video of the first MBRP exhaust on our 2011 gt. I'll post up more pics tonight. I will be fixing the raspiness next week. It did the same with the stock mufflers. It's not the catback that's doing it. Remember I have SS Works long tubes, high flow cats and a x pipe. MBRP also...
