No they didn’t break, I replaced them all and they came out all intact

On cylinder one it’ll only thread in like 2-4 times on cylinder two it’ll thread in like 8-10 and on cylinder 3 it’ll thread in a lot. The weird thing is when I thread in cylinder one more, it’ll go way more in but when I took the spark plug out the spark plug is squished. Why does this happen?
