Do spark plugs holes have different threads?

On cylinder one it’ll only thread in like 2-4 times on cylinder two it’ll thread in like 8-10 and on cylinder 3 it’ll thread in a lot. The weird thing is when I thread in cylinder one more, it’ll go way more in but when I took the spark plug out the spark plug is squished. Why does this happen?

I wonder if u can 'chase' the cyl threads with a tap ?

Can u put any kind of lube on plug threads, like..... 'never seize'

First, how was the motor running before you decided to change plugs? Secondly, you mention the “plug was squished”, do you mean the electrode was pushed down? If that’s the case they could be the wrong reach. Are all the plugs you took out the same type/number of plug?
Never use a tap to chase threads, a tap is specifically made to cut threads! To clean threads use a “thread chase”, not a tap!

The first thing I'd be doing is getting a borescope (inspection camera) and having a look in your plug holes.
