    2013 with 20x10.5" fender clearance

    Plan on going to 20x10.5" wheels with 305 30 20 tires on the rear. Wheels like the forgestar F14 are sold with a 40mm offset. Will this be enough to avoid the wheel hitting the fender when the car bottoms out or should I look for more offset?

I have also heard some people can make changes to their custom tune if its a HPT and the tune is not locked or encoded. Thats kinda what I'm looking for.
