    Damn. Thanks for the good information folks. I too thought that I had a rear caliper sticking, but wasn't sure. The past couple days I have just been leaving the car in gear when parked and not using the break, if the weather warms up and the cable thaws, will this allow the calipers to "unstick" ?

    I have the same problem on the 1-2 shift, anything over 3k RPMs is basically impossible to shift into 2nd gear. However, I never miss 3rd gear like many of you have said. My car is a mild bolt on GT with an MGW shifter which hasn't relieved the problem. I posted a similar thread to this on TMS...
