idle issues

    Idle jumps high multiple times on start, and doesn't stay consistent after.

    2006 gt I've already replaced the entire throttle body, including the sensor and motor, the MAF sensor, and the fuel pump for a separate issue. Care runs 7-10% lean, and throttle position is always above 12%, and did a smoke check for any vacuum leaks and found none. otherwise drives fine. Just...
