With the arm from what looks like this kit... http://www.steeda.com/steeda-mustang-rear-upper-control-arm-555-4109/

I do not know enough to say if the kit he is offering is actually up to the 14 or just the 10 though (Link shows 05-10). He may have a hand picked set of parts to accomplish this...

The kit should fit the 05-10. As all of the part numbers are the same.
