When turning key, nothing happens, no radio, no dash lights, nothing.

The anti theft light still flashes red.

Here’s what happened: I was backing the car in with the trunk open, I turned the car off to check how I was aligned, doing so I locked the steering wheel and pulled the key out. Got back in, unlocked the wheel and now get nothing when I turn the key. I can get the car to lock, headlights on, even the alarm to go off, but nothing when I turn the key. Oh and no roll up windows...

Battery is good, starter and main relay good (swapped from other working 05 mustang).

Before I tow to the dealership, anybody have any tricks?

Sounds like the pats system is locked based on research.

No I don’t have another key.

Do you have a spare key to try? I don't believe the PATS light should still be flashing.

Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes to reset the PCM and try again.
I think you pissed off the Mustang gods by trying to steal your own car. ;)

I dont think PATS disables accessories like radio and power windows. Sounds more like an ignition switch or blown fuse issue to me. And that is why the anti theft light is still flashing (normally I assume, you didnt say). It flashes faster when PATS is tripped.

Already reset battery.

I tried relay 20 and 22 (PCM #2 and Starter Relay).

Anything else specific I should test?

I would check all fuses, under hood and at SJB.
Do you use the tilt wheel? You can try to move the tilt with key on "run" position, if you see the radio blip on you may have a broken wire in the column. Just a thought here..something easy to try.

Thank you all for the replies.

It was the #68 fuse under the hood: 20 amp, Ignition.

I’ll be sure to check everything next time and not just the relays.
