Well that's a little better. Still you would think they would have come down a little bet more.

It will prob be a while before they drop to an affordable amount , the newness will take a while to wear off. I say call some wreck yards and price around some , you will find a deal one one just have to scratch a little. Also If you plan on putting forged goodies inside then keep your feelers out and you may find one with a hole in a piston or spun bearing just waiting to be tricked out. I only paid $1000 for mine from a ford dealership that they replaced under warranty.

Minivanracer on here said he paid $67?? Shipped from tousley for an alluminator iirc. Also I thought is seen the control pack from them for $1200.

If I could find a hurt covote for $1000 or a running one for anywhere around $3000, I would do this in a hertbeat, but $6000 just for the engine by itself is a bit too steep to justify.

Also $2000 for a manual rack and an alternator is fightin' words.

Turning at very low speed is a little heavy , once you're moving its great , nice feel on the road. I love it but I guarantee its not for everyone.
