I used your upper 3rd link and lower poly stuff since 2009 and it works well...Not in the best conditions it went 1.283 60 ft at 3668lbs.. =).. Next year Im looking to get a race weight down to 3200 ish and shoot for that mid 1.20's...New car too

I have to admit, that is one of the best launch videos I have ever watched, it is hard to stop watching....

You are using the BMR Anti-Roll Bar, right? Do you have the links set neutral? Also, are you using LCA Relocation brackets?

Yes, I'm using the BMR anti roll bar, I may have to get up under there and look again, but I think my driver side is neutral, and passenger may be longer.

I'm using the racecraft LCA brackets.

Yea it has Relocation brackets.... they are pretty much a MUST HAVE when your car sits as low as his.

I know they are.

Wonder what Ed or Paul would do with a set......

Paul - you spray it out of the hole yet?

I love this thread.

stk, I believe Paul was hitting it out of the hole on his recent track visits, but I could be wrong of course. I don't think it's gone 1.2X on motor yet.

They are bad ass tires, how ever you do need to get the tune up right for them.

You have to hit them hard and bring the power on fast to keep them planted. Its a bit different a slick. i have learned more about radials this past year then i have in 10 years of drag racing.

Thx Kelly - I didn't recall and am too lazy now to look.

Thanks Eric - I know the X275 guys rave about them. Radials are def less forgiving on the hit than a slick.

Yes, 200 shot right as I release the trans brake is the 1.28X 60' times. Best 60' on motor only has only been a 1.37X, because of the nitrous converter and the 1.80 first gear of the powerglide--combined with a 29.5 tall tire. I would love to try the Pro M/T for some 1/8th mile runs. I have steered away from the DR simply because of economics though---I can get triple the passes out of a slick vs a DR--but I have no doubt that the DR would be quicker/faster.

Keep talkin' butthole. :moon: My '06 is almost paid off and I'm half tempted to go racing... :nk: Just gotta figure out what I want to do with my '89.

[DISCLAIMER]I consider Kelly a friend, and we're just bustin' each other's balls. Don't whip out the ban stick on me for calling him a butthole.[/DISCLAIMER]
