My GT is a base. If I was the install the premium door panels with the additional speakers, what would be needed to make the speakers work.

It's the factory base stereo with a 4 channel amp in the trunk.

New amp, new radio, new wiring, etc. It's probably more work than you want to do.

The door subs were not the best executed idea.
If you were building a system, you can do it without the door subs. The door under the panel will be the same so if you do want the speakers, you just need to find the door panels and you should be able to wire things up.

Is this the boss door panel? Does anyone have the part numbers and the parts diagram lists multiple codes.

Yes I believe you have the one used in the BOSS for at least 2013. It should have a cloth ribbed insert. It is similar to the GT500, but the GT500 is supposed to be leather (probably vinyl). Don't know the part number of either.

Those are Boss 302 door panels. The Part number for the LH side is DR3J-6323943-CB for the left side and I would assume the Right side is going to be DR3J-6323943-XX with those last two letters being one different than the left, but I'm not sure which letter. This is the right side, but I can't find the part number for it anywhere:
