What lugnuts are used with these and are they included?

Does not come with tires...Weldstar RT, Aluminum, Black Anodized, 15 in. x 10 in., 5 x 4.5 in. Bolt Circle, 7.5 in. Backspace. Asking 550.00 for the pair plus any shipping cost. Located in Oklahoma City.
