2009 to 2005 engine swap

I'm pretty sure it is the body harness that changed in 2007 and the engine harness did not change significantly. Keep the 05 ECU or you'll be in for a world of hurt getting gauges, fuel pump, and everything else straightened out.

I've wired in a WOT box, a raptor shift light, boost controller, line lock, and probably some other things I can't remember but all of those had specific instructions for 05-06 cars and 07-09 cars. All these items tapped into the body harness. Every thing that I've changed or re-routed on the engine harness side for my turbo install had the same wiring diagram covering from 05-10.

Hey I am in a similar situation and am desperately trying to get the car road legal. I have a bunch of codes related to the oil pan (oil pressure sensor) and some other things related to the swap. i have an 05 with an 08 motor in it, but i believe the harness is from the 05 as well as all of the computers. What was the resolution? If any, were you able to finish the build?
