Hello -

I have a 2010 GT with 5R55s

I see some issues with my engine wire harness.

The insulation on the o2 senors and transmission wires are coming apart and the wires are bare.
Are there any sources for a new complete engine wire harness?

Thanks
Brad

Hi,
Can you share your source?

Ford Parts Giant shows part unavailable when I view Ford AR3Z-12A581-DB Wire Assembly

Thanks,
Brad

There should be a difference between Auto and Manual trans harness.
I can't tell which part is correct from their diagrams.
I'll give them a call to see if they can determine which part number is correct for a 5r55 Auto.

I checked with Ray at Petrie. Super guy, great to work with.
AR3Z-12A581-DB Is the correct part number for an auto. -BB is the part for manual shift.
Unfortunately there are none of either in stock anywhere.

I guess I will try to push the pins out of the connector and add some shrink tubing.

No service part is listed for this issue as far as we know at this time

Regards,
Brad

An update ..
I was able to push the pins out of the connector housing using a de-pinning tool.
I added shrink tubing around each bare wire and reinstalled.
A replacement connector is available from Napa but it does have more wires than required so you probably would end up de-pinning some anyway.

So far so good- I also added new o2 sensors and long tube headers -
No codes so far, probably made 10 passes so far.
