2011-12 performance package/ CS wheel question

I have a 2011 performance package mustang, and I would like to fir brembos under them while keeping the wheels. I know that the Brembo brakes are to wide to fit. Do you guys know the offset that I would have to use to get the Brembo brakes to clear my spokes?

2. I see "CS Wheels" - Are these the wheels you are trying to fit?

I can test fit one in the next couple weeks. I have 7/8" spacers going on and have access to some 11/12 GT/CS wheels.

Sorry, It has been a long day. But yes. I would like to know if the GT/CS wheels would fit over the 4 piston Brembo when you use spacers, and if it does what size spacer.

Also what Part of NOVA are you in, I grew up in Prince William county.

I am wanting to know specifically if the 2011-2012 GT/CS wheels fit.

I dont think they do. Thats the reason you cant get the BREMBO package on a 2011+ GT/CS

I understand that. The issue from what I have been told, is that the brembo caliper is too wide. So it is hitting the spokes of the wheel. So I would like to know if I can run a spacer to make it fit.

The caliper width is roughly the same as stock. That isn't the issue in most cases. It's that the caliper is taller than the stock brakes and thus requires additional clearance in terms of wheel diameter.

in general on fitment over a big brake set up, it's also more than offset, it's how the wheel is designed and the spoke arrangement.

I did a little bit of digging. They are 19x8.5 and have a +50 offset (pretty high). I would estimate you need a 7/8" spacer to clear. My Bullitt wheels are the same specs (besides the diameter). They are 18x8.5 with a +50 offset and I've used a 7/8" spacer with extended studs to create enough clearance.

No, as long as you install them right. Lol

I put my car into a curb at 35-40mph wheel first and that spacer held tight, the wheel was fucked up, but all the lugs, and spacer was perfect.
