2011 gt500 mufflers?

ive searched and came up with nothing,are the stock 11 gt500 mufflers an upgrade(sound wise) over 10 gt mufflers.abuddy of mine will sell me his for 30 bucks.tips look different but thats it.

yeah i saw that clip and did have a different tone but wondered how the improvment would be on a 4.6.is the muffler body stainless too?i think im going to try them.

The 2010-2011 GT500 mufflers have a good tone on them. Good buy.

The '11 GT500 mufflers sound AMAZING on the 3v

The '10 and '11 mufflers are not interchangable. You will need '10 GT500 mufflers. The '11 GT500 mufflers won't fit your '10 GT. The hangers, and flange is different.

But, to answer your question, YES, the GT500 mufflers ('10 or '11) are certainly a great sound upgrade over stock GT mufflers. The prior year GT500's (07-09) not so much. Okay not at all.
