2011 Mustang V6 Auto Procharged!!!!

We are finishing this car up and wanted to share the pictures and information.

2011 V6 Auto car with 3:73 gears and axle back exhaust. Procharger with upgraded intercooler and 47lb injectors.

Car runs great and has tons of power on tap. It will hit the dyno next week for final tweaking of the tune.

Procharger delivers a really nice kit even though they dont have a specific auto kit for these cars. A few things had to be changed around but we managed with no problems.

My shop just got installing a Procharger on a 2012 V6 manual. The system is very well thought out.

is that intake pipe on the procharger kit push against the silicone tube going to the tb? looks like it is.

386hp/309 ft-lbs? Not bad at all. Only 7.2 PSI??? Is this intercooled?

10 psi or don't bother!!! LOL!!

That is a VERY conservative tune!! The shop I just came from dyno tuned a procharged 4.0 before me and got 358whp on a 7psi procharger (i believe).

I don't know what other mods the car had though...

The 2012 we did made 421whp at 6500 with 7lbs of boost. It had a manual trans though.

Yes this is an auto and the drivetrain loss and gear ratio pulled in will affect numbers. We are also not going for a big number just safety and reliability.

Gotcha! Still very impressive numbers for a conservative tune on an auto! I actually thought the numbers I saw this morning were a bit high for a 4.0.

These v6's are starting to make it hard for a 3v v8 owner to stay loyal to their gas guzzler lol

^ not too hard for me. Until they can make the v6 sound like my sweet, cammed, bassy small block Ford I'll stick with my 3v.
