I still say there should be an S197 NA shootout (3 and 4V)with a weight limit, run what you brung-whoever wins,wins period. Make it 3600lb and you will have REAL NA street cars.

That is for someone else to organize. Weight has nothing to do with it being a race car or a street car. The guidelines set forth were agreed upon by the organizers. 3,500lbs. was the minimum. 100lbs. on top of that wouldn't have made any difference. Not sure if you read the first post all the way through.

Unfortunately this event has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I simply don't have the time to single-handedly coordinate and run this. It sucks as I wanted to see this go down just as much as everyone else. Apologies to those participants who were interested in running.
