Bought this 2012 Mustang Base with 3.7l. Car was wrecked and passenger inner tie rod was snapped in half. I replaced both inner and outer tie rods, but my problem is no power steering. I used forscan and my other scanner and the pscm wont even show in the scanner. Before I just replace the rack and pinion because I don’t wanna waste money or time if I don’t have too. Has anyone else experienced this? Or anything I can try before I throw in a new rack. The 100 and 200 amp fuse on battery cable are good. Next I’m checking if power at the rack. Next steps anyone?
