Will it fit in my 2005 v6 mustang without any huge modification??

yup. The dust shields might not fit.

Sweet I got a steal on one with less than 9k miles just has no brakes.

So it has 2.73 gearing and LSD what will be the difference in driving with them until I get my gears and tloc?

U don't need a tloc, lsd is a limited slip differential, so its the same thing, just some gears and bearing kit and your straight.

As of now I am sanding it down to paint it as they rust really quickly since it already is then tomorrow I will be dropping my axle and putting in this one.
