Hey guys,

I'm starting to order parts for my build,I'm going to go for 20+ psi on my D1 procharger the only problem is I googled all day long and I found nothing. I need to know which pulley I need to go for to get 20+ psi and where to buy it. Can't wait to finish the build aiming 700+rwhp

Note: used search option , I couldn't find anything :)

i had a 3.1 pulley on my p1sc it would make 18psi at 6k rpms. so i think a 3.4 at 6500 would get u there or more.

I made 14 psi with my P1 with a 3.40 pulley. I upgraded to a D1 and have the same pulley on it. Im getting tuned this weekend so I'll post how much boost it made with the 3.4

You can also call procharger. They can usually tell you what you need. I know we called 3 times on a buddies mach 1 build.

A lot will depend on the rest of your combo. I had a 3.1 pulley and only had 16 lbs of boost. That was with 9.1:1 CR, Livernois stage 3 heads and long tubes. Shortly I will what difference a 9.8:1 CR will make.

On my new engine combo, a 3.85" pulley makes 18.5lbs, 3.55"=20.5lbs, and a 3.4"=21lbs.
