3810 Wheel specs

Reading on here I see "offset" used a lot, but I don't see anyone talking about backspace dimensions. I'm trying to find out what the specs are to the 3810 wheels like what my '11 Pony has on it. I'm more interested in what the center register diameter and backspacing is. I'm building a street cruiser out of my '73 Mustang and I just keep thinking the 18" 3810's would look great on it. I have a chart of all wheel diameter/backspacing that will fit on Gen 1 Mustangs, but it doesn't list the offset dimensions. I don't have any dimensions off the 3810 wheel to compare with it and see if I might have a workable fit even with some spacers. Anyone know what the backspace dimension is on these wheels?

Offset and backspacing are more or less the same measurement. offset is the distance from hub to centerline, backspacing is distance from hub to back plane of the wheel. If you know the width and either offset or backspacing, you can calculate the other.

Disclaimer- methods of measurement and shapes of wheels between manufacturers can throw these measurements off a bit.

Typically any wheels from an 05-up Mustang are going to need bolt-on spacers on the order of 1.25" to 1.75" thick to go under a classic Mustang. For example, I have a set of the 2008 GT 18x8.5" "fanblade" wheels, they are +50 offset, so roughly 6.75" backspacing. To put an 8.5" wheel on a 73 Mustang, you would usually be looking at something in the 4.5 to 5.5" backspace range.
