For my 2015 GT PP I ordered a set of wheels with a +40 offset and the vendor said I may need a 5mm spacer up front to clear the brakes. The car is mostly a DD but I do a Drivers Edge event every so often at MSR Cresson or TWS etc. Will a 5mm spacer be safe or do I need to look into ARP studs? The 2015's come with beefier studs than the S197's at 14mm.

5mm isnt big enough to cover the hub so the hub will still be protruding for mounting purposes.

They're being customer made and CNC'd to fit my car and wheels by one of the Forgestar authorized vendors.
